Sleep

April 12th- 
Good Morning from Nashville
So you are probably wondering why I call this blog "sleep" when are start off by showing the beautiful sunrise from downtown Nashville.  Well, I got a great night sleep last and caught up from the night before when I had stayed out late because of the concert.  I went to bed about 7:30 last night and was a sleep by 8:30.  My lesson that I learned yesterday from being sleep deprived is I make bad eating decisions. For lunch yesterday I ate Chinese from the hospital cafeteria, then for dinner we ate out at a Tequilla's (Mexican), and then when I got home I had 2 100 calorie little debbie peanut butter bars. Ugh !!!!  why did I do that to myself?

  I woke up this morning at 4:30am and went to the Y and worked out.  I did a mile on the treadmill and did 6 miles on the bike. 

 This is the furthest I have biked yet.  I am finally building up my endurance.  As I was walking on the treadmill, I realized I was getting board walking on the treadmill.  I wish the cardio theater would play a movie that would interest me so I wouldn't think about how board I am on the treadmill.  Although I think tomorrow there is something to keep my interest.  I really need to get a 5k in for this week.  Hard to believe there is only 2 more training Saturdays until the Country Music Marathon.  Although, I am signed up for the mini marathon to give me a taste so I am ready for the 1/2 marathon next year.
